Jum.. Cartoon effect in Photoshop :)

Just follow simple step in doing your own effect in photoshop. These one i've done it in adobe cs5 but you can also do it in adobe CS4 or 3. The most important things that we must have is a photo of ours. Ok, now.. we are good to go.

We all must follow step as below::

1. Open up the picture or just drag the file/picture that you want to edit.
2. Then, duplicate the layer of that picture (CTRL+J/ CMD+J)
3. Apply surface blur. Filter- blur - surface blur. (Radius-5, threshold-15)
4. Apply poster edges to it. Filter - artistic - poster edges.
5. Adjust brightness contrast if you want
6. Then, filters the image for one more time by adding the film grain effect. Filter - Artistic -film grain. (4,0,7)
7. Done.
